This category contains 19-inch enclosures for network, telecom and security equipment. Wall-mount cabinets from 6U to 18U suit small comms rooms and floor-level distribution; floor-standing cabinets up to 47U, in footprints including 600 × 600, 600 × 800 and 800 × 800 mm, suit main equipment rooms; and 42U and 47U open-frame racks suit secure rooms where a closed enclosure is not needed.

Size a cabinet by the rack units required plus growth space, and by depth for the deepest equipment. Rack PDUs (basic, metered and switched) and accessories such as shelves, blanking panels, cooling and cable management complete the installation.
