Lighting Control Sensors
About Lighting Control Sensors
Lighting Control Sensors are occupancy detectors that switch lighting according to presence. The current range has three models: a wall-mounted PIR sensor with 180° coverage, a PIR sensor with 360° detection, and a microwave-type sensor with 360° detection, each listing a 15 m detection range. PIR models respond to the movement of body heat across their field of view, while the microwave model uses radio-frequency motion detection.
Choose by mounting position and the shape of the area to be covered; mounting and coverage details are listed on each model page. For more background see the PIR motion sensor guide and the Lighting Control overview.
